The Marquess of Rothgar has been haunted all his life by witnessing his mother turn mad and murder his baby sister. I would have given this book 5 stars but was slightly disappointed in a couple of parts of the story related to how the Countess of Arradale’s personality was portrayed.

Her books will remain on my book shelves to be treasured and reread as beloved friends.

He is one of the most charasmatic characters in romantic fiction! Which gives me the quandary of how to rate this book.

This story, Rothgar and Devillsh story, had a lot to live up to because Rothgar’s amazing character was developed over the previous four books allowing readers to really know him well.

I felt like the majority of the time I was reading her POV and had no idea what was going on in Bey’s head.

Rothgar was the story Devilush found myself impatient for after reading the first two in the series; he was complex, a bit alpha, but closed off from the romantic sensibilities of his siblings I recommend it for just about anyone. Bey was 4 at the time and remembers it.
